2024 Monthly Contributions

Pfizer offers a variety of coverage options so that you can pick the plan that best fits your needs. Your monthly contributions are based on the option you choose and the coverage you select.

Note: If you are a part-time colleague, your contributions are different than what is shown here. To see the rates that apply to you, go to netbenefits.com, click the Health & Insurance button, then select View current benefits. Alternatively, you can call 1-866-476-8723 and follow the Colleague Services prompts for Benefits at Fidelity to reach the Pfizer Benefits Center.

2024 Monthly Medical & Prescription Drug Contributions

The 2024 monthly contributions do not include the incentives earned through the Healthy Pfizer Incentive Program; if you earn incentives, they will appear in your paycheck as taxable earnings starting with your first pay in July, as applicable. If you enroll in the HSA Copay option, the value of Pfizer’s contribution to your Health Savings Account (if applicable) is also not included in the monthly contributions.
