As a new U.S. Pfizer benefits-eligible colleague, you’ll be able to enroll in our health, financial security, and life + family benefits. Be sure to enroll yourself and your eligible dependents (as applicable) in health and insurance benefits and certain Pfizer Benefit Extras within 31 days of your hire date to ensure you have the coverage you need.

Keep in mind, you may only enroll in certain benefits if you enroll as a new hire, otherwise you must wait until the next Annual Enrollment period.

Act — Enroll in Pfizer Benefits
You will receive emails to your Pfizer email beginning on your start/eligibility date, but you can generally access netbenefits.com starting five days before then (unless you are a rehire, in which case you will receive access three business days after your rehire date). You must designate your gender in Workday when enrolling for carriers to administer coverage for gender-specific services and treatments.
Benefit Enrollment Deadline
If you want to enroll in Pfizer benefits coverage, you must enroll within 31 days of your hire date. If you do not take action, you will be enrolled in default coverage, which may not provide the benefits coverage you need.
