Colleague Education Assistance Program, Including Tuition Discounts
The Educational Assistance Program (administered by Bright Horizons EdAssist) helps eligible colleagues reach their educational goals by reimbursing up to $10,000 annually for tuition and other eligible expenses for approved courses.

- Familiarize yourself with all requirements of the Pfizer Educational Assistance Program prior to starting to ensure your course is eligible for reimbursement.
- You must submit an application via the EdAssist portal prior to the start of the course or you will not be eligible for reimbursement.
- If participating in a Master’s degree program, you are required to have the program validated prior to starting the course or you will not be eligible for reimbursement. Note: Executive MBA’s and other executive programs are not covered under the Pfizer Educational Assistance Program.
