Regular Center-Based Child Care

Get priority access to Bright Horizons’ national network of child care centers. Plus, if you enroll your child at a Bright Horizons center, you will receive up to $250 back on registration fees when your child is enrolled for at least 30 days. Back-Up Child and Adult/Elder Care

Through the Bright Horizons Back-Up Care, receive up to 20 days per calendar year for your children or adult dependents. Back-up care is available when your regular arrangements fall through and you need to be at work at Pfizer and when your child needs tutoring support. Care must be reserved in advance and is available in-home, at a Bright Horizons center including Pfizer Kids, or at a partner child care center. In addition, The Infant Transition Program provides new parents access to 25 additional days of back-up care for children under 12 months of age. You can also exchange your back-up days for tutoring as well as access discounted tutoring rates through Family Supports on a fully contributory basis.

Register Before You Need Care!

Before you can book back-up care, the following steps will need to be completed:

1. Pre-register before back-up care is needed.
2. Make a reservation for the dates that care is needed. Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance of the day that care is needed. There is no cost to register. Cancellations require two-day notice, otherwise you will be charged a back-up care day.
3. Complete the enrollment materials provided to meet State or provider requirements and be prepared to provide medical records and immunization verification.
