Regular Center-Based Child Care

Get priority access to Bright Horizons’ national network of child care centers. Plus, if you enroll your child at a Bright Horizons center, you will receive up to $250 back on registration fees when your child is enrolled for at least 30 days. Back-Up Child and Adult/Elder Care

Through the Bright Horizons Back-Up Care Advantage Program, receive up to 20 days per calendar year for your children or adult dependents. Back-up care is available when your regular arrangements fall through and you need to be at work at Pfizer and when your child needs tutoring support. Care must be reserved in advance and is available in-home, at a Bright Horizons center including Pfizer Kids, or at a partner child care center. It can also be used for virtual tutoring at a reduced cost. In addition, The Infant Transition Program provides new parents access to 25 additional days of back-up care for children under 12 months of age.

Returning users simply login with your personal account credentials or call 877-BH-CARES (877-242-2737). To reserve care on the go, download the Bright Horizons Back-Up Care app from the App Store or Google Play. First time users should enter initial username: Pfizer and initial password: Benefits4You to register and create your own personal username and password.

Receive referrals for child care, parenting, and elder care resources through Healthy Pfizer Living, Pfizer’s colleague assistance program (EAP). You can also receive an in-home geriatric care assessment to determine the need for in-home assistance for your loved one including those who live in another U.S. state. They can also help with things like finding a handyman, helping plan an event, and connecting with community services.
