2025 Monthly Medical & Prescription Drug Contributions
If you enroll in the HSA Copay option, the value of Pfizer’s contribution to your Health Savings Account (if applicable) is not included in the monthly contributions.
* A different medical plan, with contributions that generally equal the Network Copay option contributions, is offered if you reside in Hawaii; contact the Pfizer Benefits Center for details.
