2026 Monthly Medical & Prescription Drug Contributions
If you enroll in the HSA Copay option, Pfizer’s contribution to your Health Savings Account (if applicable) is not included in the monthly contributions.

To view contribution information for Life, AD&D, and LTD Insurance and for Vacation Purchase participation, visit netbenefits.com. Remember: These contributions may change year to year based on your covered pay (as applicable). Additionally, if enrolled in supplemental life for you or your spouse/partner, your contributions are based on age as of December 31, 2026, and may increase due to increases in pay and/or moving to a higher age bracket (rates increase every 5 years, e.g., age 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, etc.).
