The Health Assessment and Know Your Numbers are available through Personify Health. You can also access online tools to focus on your wellbeing via nutrition, exercising, decreasing stress, or improving sleep. AND, earn Personify Health Points and entries to win prizes!

Here is what you can find on their website under the different tabs.

Home: Track Healthy Habits from your mood and sleep, to exercise and nutrition goals, review Daily Cards for quick health related tips, track your daily steps, workouts and more through Stats, and review the available activities under Rewards.

Health: Take the Health Assessment to understand your health risk factors, access the My Care Checklist for age and gender-based preventive care recommendations, and complete Journeys (self-guided courses on nutrition, sleep, stress, exercise, and common health conditions) to help you build healthy habits.

Programs: Access the Personify Health Sleep Guide for sleep tips and to track your sleep habits, and check out the Personify Health Nutrition Guide for healthy recipes, calorie trackers, and more. You can also find information about the incentive program, how challenges work, and more!

Social: Add Friends, participate in Challenges (Corporate step challenges or start your own), engage in online communities through Groups, and recognize your fellow colleagues with Shoutouts.

Media: You now have access to a catalog of interactive videos led by trainers and coaches on a variety of wellbeing topics.

Earn Personify Health Points and Entries to Win Prizes

Throughout the Healthy Pfizer Incentive Program year (August 1, 2024 through July 31, 2025), you’ll earn Personify Health Points for all the Personify Health related activities you engage in, including completing the step challenge, coaching, Health Assessment, and Know Your Numbers activities. Participate in the Personify Health activities during the Program year and earn entries for five prize drawings throughout the year (250 prizes) as well as a Grand Prize drawing (3 prizes).

The more you engage in the activities that resonate with you, the healthier you can be, AND the more opportunities you will have to earn prizes!
