Your enrollment window and the options available to you will be based on your eligibility and thus, certain options and information may differ from those included in the text messages.

The texting service is intended for U.S. active Pfizer colleagues eligible to participate in the plans and programs described on mypfizerbenefits.com.

The communications issued via text messaging do not create a contract between Pfizer and any colleague. The benefits described in text messages and on mypfizerbenefits.com are governed by the terms of more detailed plan documents, insurance policies or contracts, or summary plan descriptions (SPDs). In the event of any difference between the information contained in the text communications/content on mypfizerbenefits.com and the plan documents, the insurance policies or contracts, or the SPDs, the latter documents will control. Subject only to any applicable regulations or contracts, Pfizer reserves the right to amend, modify or terminate the plans or programs at any time and for any reason. The company and its vendors comply with HIPAA’s privacy and security requirements.

Through the texting service, Pfizer will never ask for personal information, share your information with non-affiliated third parties, or ask about your Pfizer accounts. Official Pfizer messages will always come from the number +1-575-500-6555. The message frequency will be 1-2 messages/month and messaging and data rates may apply. Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. The opt out is effective immediately.
