Pfizer Service Award Program

The Pfizer Service Award Program rewards you for your years of service and contribution to the company. Pfizer offers the opportunity for you to select an award or make a charitable donation after the first five years of service with Pfizer, and every fifth anniversary thereafter.

Commuter Benefits

Save on eligible commuting expenses such as public transportation (including car- and van-pool options) and parking by using pre-tax dollars (up to IRS limits which are adjusted periodically) to pay, through the Pfizer Commuter Benefits Program administered by HealthEquity. As of January 2025, you can contribute up to $325 per month, pre-tax towards your eligible transit expenses, and up to $325 pre-tax toward your eligible parking expenses.

Not going into the office regularly? Look for information about the Commuter Card option. Remember, you can enroll at any time, but must make your election by the fourth of the month prior to the month you will begin to use the benefit by placing your order with HealthEquity for your transportation/parking pass, vanpool voucher, and/or parking election.
