2027 Monthly Medical & Prescription Drug Contributions
If you enroll in the HSA Copay option, the value of Pfizer’s contribution to your Health Savings Account (if applicable) is not included in the monthly contributions.

To view contribution information for Life, AD&D, and LTD Insurance and for Vacation Purchase, visit netbenefits.com. Remember: These contributions may change year to year based on your covered pay (as applicable). Additionally, if you are enrolled in supplemental life for you or your spouse/domestic partner, your contributions are based on age as of December 31, 2027, and may increase due to increases in pay and/or moving to a higher age bracket (rates increase every 5 years, e.g., age 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, etc.).

This includes Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance, as well as the Legal Plan and the Life Insurance with Long-Term Care benefit. Remember, you can only cancel enrollment in the Legal Plan during Annual Enrollment.
