Your TrestleTree health coach is a trusted partner who will work with you to develop a customized plan that focuses on meeting your personal goals. To schedule an appointment, call TrestleTree and follow the prompts for coaching.
Your health coach can help you better understand and address nutrition, physical activity, stress, tobacco cessation, or weight management. Your health coach can also connect you with other Pfizer resources and programs such as Healthy You that may be available. If you enrolled in Pfizer medical, consider coaching to access free diabetic supplies* and coverage for anti-obesity medications for you and/or your covered Pfizer dependents.
If you are taking, or are considering taking, certain weight loss medications (such as Saxenda, Wegovy, and Zepbound), you are required to enroll in the Healthy Weight Program. Contact TrestleTree at 1-866-237-0967 for more information about the Healthy Weight Program and how to enroll.
