Health: Take the Health Assessment to understand your health risk factors, access the My Care Checklist for age-based preventive care recommendations, and complete Journeys (self-guided courses on nutrition, sleep, stress, exercise, and common health conditions) to help you build healthy habits.
Programs: Access the Virgin Pulse Sleep Guide for sleep tips and to track your sleep habits, and check out the Virgin Pulse Nutrition Guide for healthy recipes, calorie trackers and more. You can also find information about the incentive program, how challenges work and more!
Social: Add Friends, participate in Challenges (Corporate step challenges or start your own), engage in online communities through Groups, and recognize your fellow colleagues with Shoutouts.
Media: You now have access to a catalog of interactive videos led by trainers and coaches on a variety of wellbeing topics.
