Get Help with Your Move
Available 24/7 through Healthy Pfizer Living, Kepro’s work/life specialists provide pre-screened referrals to support your move, organize home improvements, clean your new (or old) home (and a host of other services). To request support:
- Go to healthpfizerliving.com
- Enter Pfizer as the company code
- From the Healthy Pfizer Living homepage, click the Live Connect button at the top to reach a specialist.
Consider Emotional Support
Moving can feel overwhelming and disruptive to you and your family members. There are a variety of support programs available to you including confidential mental health services through the Healthy Pfizer Living Program (use company code, Pfizer). You and/or your family can receive up to eight sessions at no cost.
Access Legal Services Related to a Real Estate Transaction
If you are enrolled in Legal Services through Pfizer Benefit Extras, you have coverage for a variety of services including real estate closings related to your primary residence. If you are not enrolled in this benefit, you will need to wait until the next Annual Enrollment period to enroll.
Update Your Personal Information in Workday
Your contact information could affect your benefits, state tax withholding, and your ability to receive important mailings and phone calls. To update your information, access Workday via Fuse or call the Pfizer Colleague Service Center at 1-866-476-8723 and follow the prompts for Workday support.
Review your Pfizer Health & Insurance Benefits
Moving or relocating generally does not qualify as a life event unless it results in a change in child or elder care providers. In that case, you could make changes to your Dependent Care Account (DCA) election within 31 days of the date of the move (or qualifying event). Call the Pfizer Colleague Service Center at 1-866-476-8723 and follow the prompts for Colleague Services then Benefits at Fidelity to reach the Pfizer Benefits Center to learn how your move impacts your Pfizer benefit coverage.
Moving to Hawaii or going on a long-term global assignment outside the U.S.? For colleagues in Hawaii or on global assignment, different medical and/or dental options will apply. Call the Pfizer Benefits Center at 1-866-476-8723 and follow the prompts for Colleague Services then Benefits at Fidelity to learn more how your move impacts your Pfizer coverage.
Moving as a result of another life event (i.e., marriage, divorce, or a spouse/partner’s job change)? If so, that other life event may enable you to make changes to certain Pfizer health and insurance benefits. To confirm if another life event is a qualifying event for Pfizer health and insurance changes, call 1-866-476-8723 and follow the prompts for Colleague Services then Benefits at Fidelity to reach the Pfizer Benefits Center.
