Whether you need help navigating the health care system, are looking to live a healthier lifestyle, or have a serious or complex health condition, Pfizer offers a range of support programs that are generally included at no additional cost to you and your dependents enrolled in Pfizer medical coverage. Take advantage of these confidential programs.
You may receive a letter and/or call from the program administrator to remind you of these programs. Participation is generally voluntary, and you may opt in or out at any time; however, participation is required in certain programs, including Fertility Solutions, Orthopedic Health Support, and Bariatric Resource programs, in order to receive coverage, have eligible claims paid, and/or access a greater level of coverage under the Pfizer Medical Plan.
