Not sure where to start? Getting care is the priority. Pfizer provides benefits to help you get started and find care based on your concern. If you’re unsure of where to start, reach out to Pfizer’s Employee Assistance Program through Spring Health, which provides up to 12 complimentary therapy and coaching sessions per person, per year to you and eligible family members in your household. You can connect with a Care Navigator for help finding the most appropriate care.
If you’re enrolled in Pfizer medical coverage, you also have access to Spring Health as an in-network provider for additional coverage once you exhaust your Company provided sessions or if you need care for medication management related to a mental health condition.
If you’re enrolled in Pfizer medical coverage, you will still be able to access Spring Health as an in-network provider for additional coverage and connect with a Care Navigator for help finding the most appropriate care. Or connect with Health Navigator, powered by PinnacleCare to locate expert providers and understand different treatment options for more serious or complex conditions such as substance use, eating disorders, and other mental health conditions like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
